Overall, the course provided a strong overview of the strategic and operational considerations involved in managing tokenized networks and crypto treasuries. The modules effectively covered key topics such as tokenomics design, liquidity provisioning, custody frameworks, market maker dynamics, and treasury yield strategies.

The instructors brought meaningful real-world experience to the material, which helped ground the concepts in actual market dynamics rather than purely theoretical frameworks.Bo’s sessions resonated with me, especially in the way he explained liquidity strategies, market maker relationships, and exchange listing dynamics.

The discussion around different market making models (loan-based vs retainer structures) and the associated incentive tradeoffs was especially valuable and reflects how these arrangements operate in practice.

Jack’s sessions on investment policy statements and capital allocation were massively helpful in connecting traditional treasury management principles with the unique characteristics of digital assets. Bringing institutional treasury frameworks into the crypto context is an important bridge for the industry.

Adrian’s insights into vault strategies added a hugely important perspective on how protocols can deploy capital productively within the DeFi ecosystem while managing risk.

Overall, the instructors demonstrated exceptional domain expertise in their respective fields, and provided practical insights that go way beyond surface-level explanations.

To be honest, the course exceeded my expectations. I thought its gonna be hard to follow since I come from the traditional accounting world but it was well paced and organized.

I appreciate that instructors also gave 'advice'/ practical examples in the real world and not just theory based. My favourite content was the practical ones on accounting.

What I loved most is how practical it is. The program bridges traditional accounting with web3 accounting, covering on-chain transaction management, tax compliance, DeFi protocols, treasury management, and working with block explorers.

We also worked with tools used in practice.

A truly hands-on program focused on real-world use cases rather than purely academic theory.

Their practical approach, concrete case studies, and willingness to “get into the weeds” made all the difference.

Crypto and digital asset accounting are not things you truly learn from textbooks alone; you learn them by getting your hands dirty on-chain, working with real transactions, real protocols, and real risks.

It gave really good insights into the emerging accounting treatments for digital assets, new web3 tools and the auditing and tax impacts of this industry.

Even after the course ended, I still refer to the documents and job aids.  There were absolutely relevant and needed for the course.

I had fairly high expectations going in, given the calibre of the instructors and the fact that the program is already seven cohorts deep. Those expectations were not only met but exceeded in several sessions.

Overall, I now feel much more prepared and aware of my development areas, some of which were complete blind spots before the course. It’s given me a solid foundation to build on and continue improving.

The content was relevant, and I can directly apply several learnings in my everyday work.

I would also recommend this course to newcomers in crypto, as it provides a strong foundation that would make the transition into a crypto finance role much smoother. For example, the Block Explorers and Subledger sessions would have been incredibly helpful if I had taken them at the start of my crypto journey.

Nevertheless, these sessions were still highly valuable to revisit at a later stage, as they helped reinforce and deepen my understanding based on existing experience.

The scope was broad and appropriate. Some of the content was a bit too introductory, but overall I value being more confident now on core crypto finance functions.

Personally I also value knowing my known knowns and known unknowns and to what degree. E.g. I will never be an audit or tax expert, but I'm more confident on what needs to be done and where appropriate + beneficial to seek external expertise or hire talent.

II enjoyed how each class had a few objectives that were completed per session. It wasnt too overhwleming.

I would recommend this course to any one who is an accountant aspiring to dive into Web3 accounting.

The course was more detailed than I anticipated. As a CIMA accountant with a strong history in crypto, I assumed there would be nothing new for me to learn. I was wrong!

The course has been amazing. It allowed me not only to make great connections but also learn from the best instructors in an area where having the best knowledge is priceless.

I found the variety of tools available for crypto accounting and the treasury management aspects of the course very interesting.

For me, the most interesting and practical parts were:
1. Treasury management best practices
2. Legal guidance for crypto companies & preferred jurisdictions
3. Audit & accounting treatment of crypto under IFRS/GAAP

I now have a better understanding of what happens with the transaction on the blockchain & the different transactions that one can make use of on the blockchain.

I also liked the way accounting was interpreted vis a vis crypto.

I would recommend this course because it is very student focused and gives a good insight to every individual to take the utmost from the course.

I loved doing the course. It was so full of content, that I know I'll be going back to the same recording again and again and still learn new things everytime.

I need to admit that it was pretty hard. Especially the US accounting standards that are used as examples as well as the audit and reconciliation parts that where new to me.

Other parts like the tax and block explorers on the other hand are pretty much the same for what we are doing to write the reports for Pekuna.

The course largely met my expectations. I felt the first half of the course was more focused towards Financial Controller level/operational, but the second half was more CFO/Strategic. This was good because there were gaps in my knowledge that were filled and my pre-existing ideas how things worked were also challenged. I thought the course was very informative and useful. I did think some of the topics were a bit less relevant to what I was looking for. I mostly found the tax, accounting, and business lessons the most relevant.

I thought that all the instructors did an awesome job. Mackenzie's material on crypto taxation was the most relevant to my company's focus and so that was super helpful. I thought she did an excellent job of teaching and explaining the concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
